You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Tucker Cooker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To easily return an item, telephone us at 1-901-578-3221 or email us Cookers@TuckerCooker.com with the reason for your return and the order number found on your packing slip. A customer service representative will contact you immediately with directions to process your return.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
